By booking or attending, you confirm you understand this is a hands-on experience that may involve fragrance materials and hot wax. You agree to participate responsibly, follow safety instructions, and accept personal responsibility for any reactions, injuries, or damage caused by your actions. No food, alcohol, or extra guests are permitted.

DTT by L. Green — Release of Liability, Assumption of Risk, and Participation Policies
By booking and/or participating in any DTT by L. Green experience, workshop, class, private party, or event (collectively, the “Experience”)—including, without limitation, fragrance blending and candle-making—you (“Participant,” “you,” “your”) acknowledge and agree to the terms below. If you are booking on behalf of other participants, you confirm you have shared these terms with them and that each participant is required to comply.
You understand and acknowledge that the Experience involves hands-on activities and the use of materials that may carry inherent risks, including but not limited to:
You voluntarily assume all risks—known and unknown—associated with participating in the Experience.
Your participation may involve exposure to fragrance oils and materials such as wax, wicks, dyes, vessels, and tools. You understand that candle-making involves handling very hot wax, which may cause burns if spilled or mishandled. Additional risks may include (without limitation) allergic reactions, skin irritation, respiratory sensitivity, and damage to personal items due to spills, stains, or contact with materials. You agree to follow all safety instructions and to request assistance if you are unsure about any step.
Fragrance materials may aggravate allergies, asthma, migraines, or sensitivities. You are responsible for assessing whether participation is appropriate for you. If you experience discomfort at any time, you agree to immediately notify the host/instructor and discontinue participation as needed.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue DTT by L. Green, its owner, employees, contractors, instructors, representatives, affiliates, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all claims, demands, actions, causes of action, damages, losses, costs, or liabilities of any kind arising out of or related to your participation in the Experience—including, without limitation, claims based on negligence (except where prohibited by law).
This release includes claims for personal injury, illness, allergic reaction, property damage, or any other harm that may occur during or after the Experience.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from:
To maintain a safe, elevated experience for all guests:
No food is permitted.
No alcoholic beverages are permitted.
No illegal substances are permitted.
Impairment Policy: If you arrive or appear to be impaired by alcohol, drugs, or any substance that may affect safety, coordination, judgment, or behavior, DTT by L. Green reserves the right to refuse participation and/or remove you from the Experience immediately. This determination is at our sole discretion for safety reasons. In such cases, your booking is forfeited and no refund will be provided.
You agree to follow all instructions provided by DTT by L. Green staff, including safe handling guidelines for materials and equipment.
Only paid and registered participants may attend. No additional guests, observers, or “plus ones” are permitted. Anyone not listed and paid for may be denied entry, and participation may be refused.
We take pride in maintaining a clean, luxury environment. Participants agree to treat the space, furnishings, tools, and materials with care.
If any damage occurs as a result of a Participant’s negligence, misuse, or failure to follow instructions, the Participant (and/or the booking party) is financially responsible for the cost of repair, replacement, or additional cleaning. DTT by L. Green will provide documentation and an invoice for the applicable costs. Payment is due within 14 days of the invoice date.
If the invoice is not paid by the due date, DTT by L. Green reserves the right to pursue all lawful remedies, including collection efforts and/or filing a claim in the appropriate court, and the Participant agrees to be responsible for reasonable costs associated with recovery, including filing fees and (where permitted by law) attorneys’ fees.
You are responsible for your personal belongings. DTT by L. Green is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal property brought to the Experience.
During Experiences, photos and/or video may be taken for promotional purposes. By participating, you grant DTT by L. Green permission to use your likeness, image, voice, and/or appearance in marketing materials, social media, website content, and advertisements without compensation. If you prefer not to be recorded, please notify us upon arrival so we can reasonably accommodate.
This Waiver and Policies page shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the Experience takes place. If any portion is found unenforceable, the remaining portions shall remain in full force and effect.
You acknowledge that you have read and understand this Waiver and Policies page and that you are agreeing voluntarily. You understand this Waiver is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by law.
